Recorded by Amie and friends in tactile, DIY fashion, when is all and done, is frank, unassuming yet still somehow richly assured introduction to a remarkable British talent. This is a record drenched in feeling, startlingly capturing love, loss, and depression. Ultimately, when all is said and done is a shelter from the storm (inner and outer), a feeling vividly rendered in the albums surreal artwork pressed on solid brown vinyl.
